Interesting stories that are curious and sometimes amusing, sometimes sad. As the title says, it is about DISTURBING (as in digging up and moving) the dead. I didn't exactly read it all in one day -- as I often do with such books -- but I did finally get through it.Product details

Skullduggery 45 True Tales of Disturbing the Dead Brian Kannard 9780578046143 Books Reviews
I found this book to be very interesting and well written and would certainly read more by. This author very nice job
I really enjoyed this book -- makes you think! I appreciate the amount of research that went into it and the editing was great. I'm glad that the stories were kept short -- matches my attention span! I highly recommend.
Whether you are into history or mystery, you will enjoy the new book, "Skullduggery 45 True Tales of Disturbing the Dead", by Brian Kannard. With his freshman effort, Mr. Kannard has authored a book that is as well researched and documented as an academic tome, yet reads like a fun novel. Some of these victims of skullduggery will be well known to the reader Abraham Lincoln, Charlie Chaplin, and Elvis Presley among others. Many are people that are unknown outside their corner of the world, yet their stories are just as interesting and often downright macabre. Each of these 45 stories will leave the reader in disbelief at what has been attempted in the name of science, religion, politics or simply greed. This book will definitely educate and entertain the reader.
Skullduggery 45 True Tales of Disturbing the Dead is a fascinating and somewhat "disturbing" read from new author, Brian Kannard. Mr. Kannard has a gift for spinning a tale that captures your attention while stating the facts. Non-fiction aficionado's will certainly want to add this edition to their personal libraries. For the fiction lover, even if stories "beyond the grave" are not your usual reading fare, you will find Mr. Kannard's knack of storytelling quite enjoyable and certainly worthy of an afternoon read. The unbelievable tales coupled with great illustrations and photography make Mr. Kannard's first publishing efforts a complete package! Enjoy!
The description of this book sounded interesting but I am finding it a slow, sometimes boring, read.
It's the type of book you might read parts of and then put down for a month. The "True Tales" are just not that interesting. I find myself skipping chapters.
I really enjoyed the "true crime" theme of the book, and I learned so many hidden Hollywood stories that I have never before seen recounted. The author can certainly create a wonderful niche for himself in this genre. The only complaint I have is about the poorly edited e-book edition for . I'm sure that no blame lies with the author regarding these mistakes (as presumably or the publisher codes the edition) but there were many misspellings and grammatical errors that, at times, made the book hard to read. BUT, kudos to Mr. Kannard!
I got this on a whim and I've really enjoyed it. It has great history, some amazing stories and is an easy read. I congratulate Brian Kannard.
Interesting stories that are curious and sometimes amusing, sometimes sad. As the title says, it is about DISTURBING (as in digging up and moving) the dead. I didn't exactly read it all in one day -- as I often do with such books -- but I did finally get through it.
