Isabel Forsythe suffers a tragic accident which lands her in a coma and sets in motion a series of events that change her life forever. With Isabel's life unraveling, her newfound friend, Margaret, is there to offer support and, unknowingly, introduces Isabel to the man of her dreams and the life she always wanted. What ensues is something Isabel never dreamed possible.

Some unusual aspects go this story. It's in many ways a typical story of a wife who doesn't realise how her husband has isolated and controls her, but it's mostly well written. Isobel is no ninny - she has a lot of gumption and Jesse is a nice guy. As is too common, the sex is overly detailed and too-soon, which drags my rating down a bit.

The author does need to hire an editor, but I may buy more from her.

So many romance authors (Jayne Ann Krentz, whose books I generally otherwise really enjoy, is a prime example) misuse the word "juncture" when they should use "junction" - now this author does the reverse. Look it up for yourself!
"Grant’s company was at a critical junction"
Other quotes
"Margaret didn’t think much of a man who would do that to such a beautiful woman." - Oh, so it's OK to do that to a woman who's not beautiful? What's wrong with you, Ms Potchen?
"She still hadn’t told a sole about Jesse and didn’t intend to" - Fishy, very fishy.

Bella Dream eBook Lisa Potchen Reviews

Started out interesting, but went downhill towards the end. Numerous editing errors were distracting and the end was rather abrupt. Nice effort, could be better.
Just finished reading my first e-book. It was excellent. Kept me tied to my Android app. Can't wait for her next book. Amazing job on her first book.

Thoroughly enjoyed Bella's Dream. The only reason I rated it a 3 was because the writing wasn't as fluid but the storyline hooked me and I wanted to see where it went, finished in one sitting. I am truly looking forward to more from this author!
This is how you will feel from page one. You are drawn into the dream and can't stop reading! Lisa's superb writing makes you take a vested interest in all the characters. All the twists and turns keep you wanting for more and the writer doesn't disappoint.. Do yourself a favor and read this book, you will be glad you did...When's the next book??? Looking forward to more from Lisa Potchen!!
Initially I couldn't figure out the goal or story line of the book, but I kept reading and LOVED it. It evoked a lot of various emotions, from sadness, disbelief to finally joy. the characters were believable and I wanted more. Would recommend reading Bella's Dream.
The story could have turned out to be unbelievable with its unique plot, but it was written so well and the characters so well developed that I immediately bought into the story and just kept reading. I enjoyed the plot, the style of writing, and the conclusion. Really great job of writing and character development. It made me care about what happened to the people. Thanks.
I couldn't put the book down for the first half. The story is gripping and makes you wonder what you'd do if you we're in that situation. I really don't like how the main character is made off to be so weak and dumb. I know it's fiction, but come on! If this character did half the things she did in her past, there's no way she'd be this flaky. Plus, it would have been nice to learn more about Bella's family/friend history. What's the story there?
All in all, a good read. Just left me with some questions about the main character.
